Shipping
& Handling
Shipping and handling on the web is based on weight. Please refer
to the chart above for charges. Since all items are made to order we ask that
you please give us one week to mail your order unless otherwise specified in
item copy. Standard delivery is 5-10 days. Forever Hart's and Craft's will not
ship to a P.O. Box and will not ship C.O.D.
Returns
Your Satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied
with your item, simply return the item, along with the packing slip, to Forever
Hart's & Craft's, 3307 Hampton Crossing, St. Charles, MO, 63303. You will
be refunded by check or we will credit your credit card. Please allow 2-4 weeks
for processing. Customized items will be replaced if we make the mistake and
the cost shared with you if you make the mistake.
